Here is some information about the ordination of Amy Dunckelmann on September 14th, the Feast of the Holy Cross.

The ceremony will be held at Holy Cross and will be a celebration of Holy Communion at 4PM on the 14th.
A reception of heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served after the ceremony.

Please reserve the small parking lot adjacent to the church for those with accessibility needs.

THERE WILL BE NO MORNING WORSHIP SERVICE ON THE 14TH.
THE 4PM ORDINATION WILL BE OUR ONLY SUNDAY WORSHIP ON THE 14TH.

At Synod ordinations, it is customary for the offertory collection to go to the Bishop’s Fund.
However, since Amy’s ordination is taking place at our congregation’s Sunday worship, the collection offerings will be kept by the congregation.

In a spirit of gratitude and shared mission, I encourage you, as you are able, to make a donation to the Bishop’s fund at the ordination ceremony, in addition to your regular pledge offering to Holy Cross.
