2008 Evaluations

The Personnel Committee is trying something new this year in an effort to improve the feedback we provide to the Holy Cross Staff.  The following is our first attempt to solicit feedback from members of the Holy Cross Congregation via the web as part of their annual review process.  Prior to this we would contact a number of the members of the congregation for feedback as well as use our own individual observations.  Please complete sections 1 and 2 of the survey with as much comment as you feel comfortable providing.  The boxes expand so you can provide mega input if needed.  Section 3 contains the actual "competencies" we use to evaluate each staff member.  You do not have to fill this section out as sections 1 and 2 are the most important for feedback, however if you have feedback for section 3 which you would like to add please feel free.  Your individual input will be used to provide the best feedback possible to the Holy Cross Staff.  While your individual comments may be used for the actual evaluation your name will be kept confidential.  Once you submit your input it will be stored on a secure website.  The only individual who will have access to the website is the Head of the Personnel Committee.  The members of the Personnel Committee thank you in advance for your time and input into this process.  God's Peace.
